Well, I have been wanting a Crystalline, for some time now. Or just some really rare thing, i.e Crystalline, Ghostly Staffs, etc. You know, and I know thier are some pretty good farmers out there, and I mean, like they know what they are doing, and where to look. And I was wondering, where do I find suck items/weapons as these?
As I look around the site, I see many "WTS Crystalline With Blank blank mods." And crap, and well its like Crap. Kinda want one, I have been playing for a long time. And still no rare item. And I mean that as in a RARE item, not a gold item. (Have plenty of them) Anyways, I know some people are wondering this too. But yeah, can you help me out?

I'm pretty sure you can get a crystaline sword pre-sear.
Not uber or anything, but it's a crystaline one.
But then again, I could be wrong. Devon gives it as a reward I believe.
Not sure about other rares. I have a purp max sword, I forget the name of it, that looks cool.

Pitney gives it to you as one of the rewards for the Prize Moa Bird quest.
If you are interested in getting a "rare" weapon, I suggest you keep playing until one drops. That, or look in town at the trade chats. Many items that aren't perfect or near it usually aern't sold here...

Hm, I remember those, they weren't really Crystalline, It called "Long Sword" But with a Crystalline skin. Kinda werid. But anyways, I was talking about a good one, and not just Crystallines, I mean anything thats really rare. Beside Greens, I got many of those Hehe. Anyways, I mean, like I said before, rare items.

I'll post you a pic of it when I get in-game. I have it on an alt, The crystalline sword named "long sword" is a reward from pitney like stated above. Nowhere near max, but it has some damage % mods...when I get a screenie I'll edit and post so you can see.

OK I guess all those ebay pictures didnt do me so well; they all kept that golden handle and i guess they never had a golden glow to begin with... ill keep checking.

IceFire's right, it's a flamberge. Mine has a vampiric hilt that looks just like that - is yours vampiric, or do all flamberges have that same look?

Anything gold is RARE. I get tons of RARE drops most of which suck.Rare drops can happen anywhere.Just keep playing, you will find something killer.

Crystalline swords can literally drop anywhere. Due to the extremely low drop probability, no particular farming areas have been established. It has been established that the further you have progressed in the game, the more likely you get a maximum damage drop, so rather than farming around Ascalon, you might consider the desert and beyond. Honestly, I think the hall of heroes might be the location with the highest (winner chest) drop probability.
