What the hell is up with Gwens items you get from preesearing?

K i heard a guy saying that you have to do the whole Restore the Monuments of Grenth quest in UW and then some temple doors open and Gwens inside all evil looking with a gang of necros. He said he solos UW and hes done it a couple of times. Is this true or not, and if not what do you do with the items(broken flute, cape and tapestry)??????????????
