you would be lucky to get 10k because of high req and only one perfect mod. 1-10k sounds reasonable though.

There is another wand req 12 Death, +5 en > 50% for sale here with no offers but a higher S/O.

Items like this appear on the Sell forum for various classes but never seem to attract a high price, though that could be due to low balling. Maybe if you advertise it as being for Minion Masters and hammer that point you could attract a lot more interest.
