Perfect for a really weak mod imho. I'd rather have +30 enchanted then +29 stanced. And the only reason I'd rather have +30 stanced than +31 enchanted is cause simply being perfect is a huge resell value boost.
I'd say 35-40k for 1. I dont want to PC 2 because I think %chance -damage is really overpriced so I'd definately price it low.
