The item is Blue...I knew that these things were rare, but I did not know if it was worth anything so I held on to it until I could check. There is an inherent mod on it but I forget what it is...I figure it is probably merchant fodder, but I would hate to sell a rare to the merchant and then find out later...the hard way. thanks.
