PC near perfect Air wand

Hi,

i always do mistakes with these words: Wand = 1 handed?
Staff= 2 handed?

well, i got an one handed air "wand"

Max req. 10
+3E>50%
[not sure but think use of all skills] 10%

10% faster cast or recharge?

Air magic isn't too popular but it is a second after fire... so some demand for it, 10% all on a one hand isn't bad, +3 >50% is decent though certainly not perfect.


I'd say 15-25k... Faster recharge probably worth more than cast though I dont play ele's so Im not sure.
