100-150k I could be wrong though because I never sell in stance chaos. If you plan on selling it don't add the 30 hp mod you never get your money back unless it is a 15% dmg above, always, in stance or enchanted mod and only with popular item like chaos axes or storm bows. Common items never mod perfect unless it has req 8 or less with perfect dmg mod. Hope that helps.
