just a question here slightly OT, i got a guildmate wanting to make his FoW set, how long would it take to reach the forgemaster from start assuming we got a pretty well organised team of 8 with instant voice communication?

Once you reach the forgemaster, you have to complete two more quests afterwards. All and all, takes about 2 hours or so.
