What do you mean infusing multiple times?

If you mean infusing the same armor over and over again, you can only infuse it once.

If you mean different armors, the effect is the same on all armors.

And if you mean infusing different pieces of your armor, all the pieces of your armor are infused at the same time now.

Something to note about Infusion - It isn't an all or nothing thing.

Like not wearing infused armor does 100 dmg a sec for 5 secs and -10 arrows of health degen, and wearin full gives 9 dmg a sec for 5 secs and -3 arrwos of degen, and nothing else.

The Dmg and Degen gradially lower for every peice of infused armor on you (so S Agony is a Global effect - it isn't target a place on your body) - until finally capping out at 9 dmg and -3 degen when in full infused armor.

I found this out when I accidently wore an uninfused mask on Ring of Fire. I noticed for some strange reason I was taking 16 dmg a sec for 5 secs instead of either 100 or 9.

1. You can get infused multiple times, IF you're wearing a different armor set each run. One set of armor can be infused a max time of one.

2. Infusion is just a cool way to say the mursaat's spectral agony still hurts you, but not a whole lot. Infusion does nothing else.

Hope this cleared it up.

You can do it as many times as you wish, granted you are on a different character each time or are wearing different suits of armor on one character. There is no limit, I know people who infused droks, grotto, citadel, and FoW all on one character.

Once infused, it only infuses the armor you have equipped (I get that).

If you were unaware of this (like me), and got infused with 2 armor's from Drok and 3 from Lion's Arch, do you have to do an infusion run again to get the new armor infused, or will you stay protected so long as you have 1 piece of armor? Or is it based on % of armor? (Meaning that each infused armor adds a % of protection against the Murskaat)

They may have been refering to 3 places in the game that you can get your armor infused. I believe in addition to the normal infusion run, that there are 2 others, 1 in the ring of fire, and 1 in the silverpeaks.
Their may be 1 other.

Each enemy has a chance to land a blow or a spell on a particular piece of armour. By approximation these numbers are as follows :

Body : 35%
Leggins : 20%
Rest (each) :15%

When Spectral Agony lands on a specific piece that is not infused the effect is disastrous. If it lands on piece infused, the effect is toned down...

By leaving a piece of your armour without infusing you also add that much % to your chance of being in trouble. Lets say that you have infused the whole thing except your new gloves....there is a 15% chance that the spell will cause you serious trouble and 85% chance that you ll scrape it... I have to remind you that the above numbers though are by approximation...

kind regards

THanks Cov.

Now I just need to save up for my leggins, gloves, and new scar pattern. That's 3k for the armor and not sure on the scar (since I don't have the materials). Either way.... I have a ways to go. This'll be fun!

Just a clarification, you don't have to have a complete new set to get infused. If you get a new helm for example, you can equip it and get it infused while the rest of the set has already been infused.

And also works the other way. If you have a new piece of armor, and want to infuse it to make sure, just strip down to the pieces you want infused then accept the seer's infusion, this way you know it'll work. I heard some people saying sometimes trying to infuse armor with just one piece while the rest is infused doesn't infuse it, I don't know how much stock I put into that rumor, but if you want to be safe, strip and infuse what you need ^_6

yeah... what the problem is, is that I have to buy 3 new peices. I'm thinking that I"ll buy them, then do infusion. When I complete it, I'll swap out, and then talk to the seer so I can get the new peices infused. SInce you can't double infuse peices, I don't care if the others are equipped or not, just so long as the uninfused armor gets infused.
