12) Check green thread (you knew it was coming ). I'd say 10-15k with the current green market.

I dont think #1 is 35k since the energy bonus is below. Recently sold a req.12 Fire wand with 4 below 50% and Casting speed 10% all for 6k. Had a hard time selling it for any higher and it was a fire wand.
