Ok I think I know the price for these items somewhat I just want to see if it matches what others say. Also some will be sold and some will not be sold any time soon. Also too bad about the Accursed staff and the Req ehh, too bad its not req healing or divine .

I dont think #1 is 35k since the energy bonus is below. Recently sold a req.12 Fire wand with 4 below 50% and Casting speed 10% all for 6k. Had a hard time selling it for any higher and it was a fire wand.
