I'd value the gold at 150k+
If you're under 50% health as a monk (in PvP), I think you're about as good as dead, and it'll be up to your teammate to heal you anyways. I prefer Casting Speed over recharge for heal spikes.

They both have 10% ICS, only difference is 4>50 vs 20% heal recharge.
I'd PC the gold at 100k+5 ectos based on rarity alone. Brohn Rods are going for 100k to 100k+2 ectos these days.
