if a weapon has a +15% dmg upgrade and then the person gets it customized, then does the 15% dmg stack with the customized upgrade giving the weapon 35%?

pretty sure it does,,,,there would be no other reason to customize if it didn't. There may be a more in depth answer not sure. I think you can add an uprade item such as dwarfslaying suffix and get an additional 20% max also. Making it an awesome +55% to dwaves.

Yes. This is also the reason people like to buy damage always swords, or 15%>50% hp, and/or 15% against hexed foes or in stance. They can customize these weapons for a lethal extra 35% enhanced damage.

Doesn't it do with for example +15% all the time:

115% times 120%?

No. Say you had a 115% Damage weapon already, and customized it, unless I'm reading your question wrong, it just jumps up 20% more for the customization leaving you at 135% Damage. Keep in mind that when I say 100%, it means you have the full req of the weapon you are using.

100% Damage = If full req met.
15% Damage = Can be conditional or Always, the always is a very rare find
+20% Damage = Upon Customization
---
135% Damage overall.
