Collectors and bleached carapaces

Was someone doing a collector's location list? I've been writing down the general positions of some of the collectors but I didn't write down the items I looked down upon (ringmail... I'm tired of seeing that newb armor).

And can someone tell me where I turn in bleached carapaces? A general zone location will do fine... I passed this guy in the desert but I didn't have any damn bleached carapaces. I want that +1 Axe Mastery helmet!
