hello
i want to buy an ele offhand/fokus with 27+mana

12+ mana (basic) (REQ 8-10 max)
15+ mana / -1 life/mana dereq (or something else no reason)
maybe +5 amor (7+(physicals/ele)

the second mod isnt need so much (would be nice) but i need the 27+mana (i think 26+mana is ok,too)
