Too add: Also, you want to look for the lowest req you can find too, req7 is rare, req8 more common. Thus you have more attributes to spend elsewhere, a friendly hint ^_-

If you're wielding an axe and don't go 12 [if you're a goofy war secondary] or 16 [if you're a manly man primary (or womanly woman)], then you shouldn't be here with such an axe...

I would avoid axes that require more than 12 mastery unless their mods are uber g00d...
