As my title says, I'm looking for a monk -50hp offhand (pre-nerf).

I'm not aware of a "pre-nerf" -50hp offhand. The quest reward is still the same, if i recall correctly. The grim cesta...

The 1st one had a different req. I can't recall exactly, but it was indeed changed.

There was one with same stats you recieved as a reward in pre-ascalon. It required 5 Healing prayers. From what I know that is quite uncommon to find.
