How many mods can you have on a warrior weapon at once?

I know there is a handle for axes and a hilt for a sword and stuff like that...but is there anything else you can add to a axe, sword, or hammer?

One mod for hilt, axe or hammer haft, bowstring, or staff head (prefix) and one mod for pommel,axe or hammer grip, bowgrip, or staff wrapping (suffix)

ex. zealous longsword of defense

Zealous = hilt or prefix
Defense = pommel or suffix

And no, there's no such thing as "Chaos gem" to give the weapon chaos damage or "devil horns" to give you access to Fire Storm as a warrior, or anything like that.

What MistressYichi said is all there is. No more.

Plus you may get one 'inherent' mod on the item.
