Level 5 armor for new ranger

I thought theere was level 5 ranger armor in ascalon but not when im there wiht my new ranger none can be found. Did they change it or am i jus a retard?

the armor person (there are 2 with different prices so check) has both level 5 and level 10 in askalon city

i got my level 10 ranger gear there 3 days ago
