PC for a good sword and shield

I need a price check for:
Cruel Flamberge of Enchanting
req 8 swordsmanship,
Lenghtens Deep Wound duration on foe
enchantments last 20% longer
dmg +13% while health above 50%

and for a:
Aegis
armor 16 (req 9 tactics)
health +43 while hexed
shortens deep wound duration.

#2 not sure not a popular mod

1) 10k sounds about right, might want to salvage for 20% enchanting pommel
2) 5-30k? You're looking for a PvPer to buy the shield but most of them don't use tactics.
