shield of judgement it one of the monk boss in The Ring of Fire mission.

The other two you have to use search features to find it.

shield of judgement is an elite that you have to cap in Mineral Springs, the other 2 i believe can be gotten at droknars forge

Protective Spirit is in Amnoon oasis, and Shield of Judgement is an Elite you need to cap as stated.
