Is there a collector with a 20/20 healing staff?

Hello,

I was wondering if theres a collector that has a 20 skill recharge/20 fast casting healing skills staff, that adds the maximum energy. If so where can i find him, and what does he need in exchange?. Any help will be greatly apreciated. Thank you.

Why would there be a weapon that does damage and boosts healing? Seems out of place to me. Same for protection. That's why the monk weapons are based on Divine Favor and Smiting.

You can get a DF rod + healing artifact though.

Worth's Holy Rod: max dmg req 9 Smiting, Casting Prot (20%) Recharge Prot (20%)
Brohn's Staff: max dmg req 9 DF, Casting Healing (20%), QR Bleeding, H+60
Brohn's Holy Rod: max dmg req 9 DF, Casting (10%), Recharge Healing (20%)
