If anyone who didn't get this shield is interested, I've got a similar one in the Sell forums. The difference is it's a req 10 tactics.

i know this doesnt belong but read where they quoted themselves... its not your fault if ecto prices dropped but they changed value from 12k =9k ... be informed and make smart decisions
