I've searched everywhere for them. Need to do UW runs with my friends necro, maybe a quest gives them but i have no clue where they are.

Check Lions Arch for Bonetti's Defense, you could also get it for doing a quest in Beacons Perch~~~Spell Breaker you have to cap in Snake Dance..

i imagine this is for pve only. because you could easily unlock both of them in about 15-30 mintures in pvp
