How do i get a cape for my guild?

I know thi sis probably a very silly question sinc ei managed to create a guild already: How do i get the cape? i got as far as to designing it, then it says i need 1 gold (i have about 200 gold in my inventory, but it still says i don't have it) and 1 of something else.. what is this, and where can i get it?

guild emblemer it costs 2000 gold

damn.. that wasn't very cheap.. where do i get those?
