map Size?

How big is the map of guild wars. How long would it take to run from the top to the bottom? And what forms of transport are there? e.g horses.boats ect.

run on foot the first time anytime after that open the map click on any place you have gotten to and teleport there
no mounts as they are not needed with instant transport
