This is a very rare item that used to drop only on the first couple weeks of Retail. As you can see, it isn't a situational bonus and it has no drawbacks. I've seen a similar one go for over 1 million once.

Starting bid is 400k. Auction will end on December 18th (Sunday), 11:59 PM forum time, GMT -5 timezone (EST). Payment will be done using a moderator's help, as offered on the stickied thread on this forum.
