This build is strictly for random arenas, since any condition removal can cause trouble. Regardless, it works beautifully, I should know.
Skills
Healing Breeze
Dwaynas Kiss
Orison of Healing
Signet of Midnight [E]
Vigorous Spirit
Healing Seed
Vengance
Rez Signet
The main idea is to pretend to be noobish and let a warrior attack you...cast signet of midnight, and you leave the meatbag dead in his tracks, since almost all of his attacks will miss. When it runs out, cast it again, but most of the time the warrior will get annoyed and move on to another target.
Dwaynas is for spike heals after using breeze and vigorous, seed is for when a party member is taking a lot of hits (duh).
Vengeance is to be used after signet for fast battle rez (4 second cast).
Lastly, make sure to enjoy the screaming warriors and you say GG and they say "WTF?! WHY COULDNT I HIT YOU?!"
weaknesses...condition removal, which is rare in random arenas.
my only real problems have been with W/N with plage touch and W/R with antidote signet, most W/Mo dont carry condition removal, ive only met about 1 in 2 months of using this build.
Faction Farmer Mo/Mes
Tyrent Frath
Vexed Arcanist

Proof that just about anything can work in random arena. Horrible build. If your issue is with Warriors take Amity. Healing Seed = bad in 4v4, Vengeance is slow and should not be on a monk. Some would argue Res Sig should not be on a healing monk in 4v4. You have no hex removal. You run healing with no means to avoid interrupt rangers other than your ELITE skill being a single shot Blind. Mantra of Resolve? You not only have Healing Seed but take Healing Breeze, another 10 energy skill, and yet have no energy management.
