The tower flag stand is used during guild vs guild battles in the guild hall. During the battle, if a player from one of the teams takes the flag from their base to the flag stand, they capture it and their team gradually receive morale boosts the longer they hold it.

every 2 consecutive minutes of holding the stand, your team recieves +10% morale boost.

this can be crucial, since when you reach 60% dp, you are not ressed at the shrine...
