PLease can sum1 help, i need to get a skill +4 with runes, hoow do i do this???

you don't. you do it by getting the headpiece for your character that had +1 to whatever skill you want, then buy a superior rune of that skill to give you +3

Which of course adds up to +4

The Superior rune also means you loose 75 health, so be careful.
