The first one I dont the price for is...

Dmg +13% (while health is above 50%)
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy regeneration: -1
Enchantments last 18% longer

I know zealous isnt too popular but im willing to change it if it will make its value higher.

Next..

Frost Artifact
energy +12 (req 8 water magic)
Armor +5 (while health is above 50%)

Smiting Rod
11-22 dmg (req 10 smiting)
Energy +4 (while health is above 50%)
