got the same just the other way around recharge 10&
casting 9

would say around 30k but could be wrong

I would also say around 70-100k, but I prefer 1% more of recharge then casting but not sure how many others think the same thing.

I had the same one....but was req 9
sold it for 75k on these forums......so Rau is right.
