A friend of mine says that the axe is ok, but he doesn't know about the shield:

the axe has no dmg mod so it wont get much maybe 2k or more for a person that doesnt know better
i sell those axes to the merchant or give it away for free in ascalon too beginners

shield only one bonus id say 2-10k not more
