Im working on my spike heal monk and i need that skill, the book says the quest is in Kryta, but where in kryta? i know the vendor is in HoD and that isnt yet on my map

i tried the scrolls - no luck

Greywind doesn't sell it, he gives it to you upon completing a quest. I can't remember the name of the quest, but I think it's the one where you lead Cynn and all those dudes (who are standing outside of Lions Arch) to the Ascalon settlement.

BTW..... OoH & DK with Boon > Heal Other.
That'll provide all the spiking you'll ever need, and at 7 energy per spell (more like 8 if you average out the -1 pip among all the spells you cast) instead of 10.

I repeat: The QUEST is called The Ascalon Settlement.

Dont just go up and talk to Greywind - It is the reward for a quest that ends by talking to him (He is the end of that quest, plus a skill trainer, dont confuse the two).

No, you start the quest outside of the gate to lion's arch where all the npc's are hanging out and having a beer. Just sit there for 5 minutes and afterwards damaris will give you the quest. It is also handy to take these guys in as bodyguards to help make it trivial to beat "Graven Images" in the swamp area on your way to the ascalon settlement. Two skill quests in one
