I found a quest that stated that I need to find monuments of three old citys. I have looked for Sumria, Nolani, and King's Watch. Someone please help me. THANKS!!!

This one is for King's Watch:
I don't remember that exact pinpoint region for Nolani and Surmia, but I recall running into them easily while doing both of the missions. I don't think you'll miss them if you just abuse your Left Alt and look for them.

Is Surmia the mission where you have to lower the bridge for Rurik to cross?

Actually I don't know. I think I was so frustrated with this quest I left it behind and moved on. Now I have to try and find the second one.

The Surmia monument is located inside the mission.
The monument is actually very hard to miss. It's located to the right side of the gate into the city.
When you get to the part where Rurik has you open the gate for him and the other guy you have to take the river down and around and back up the other side. When you head back up the slope you'll see walls and a gate that is raised...that is the side entrance into the ruined city, the monument is directly to the right of the gate. It looks just like the King's Watch Monument.
