You should have NO problems playing Guild Wars with that kind of limit.. It is designed for people with only 56k connections to be able to participate and isn't very bandwidth intensive during play

You should have no problem with a 15gb limit. I am on dialup and it would take me a month to actually download 15gb! I think you could play 24-7 and still never get close to hitting 15gb playing GW.
