Necro Dye!!!!!

A little while ago i seen a necro with Tormentors Armor on it was dyed like a radioactive Blue......U know like on tv u see radioactive green well it was this nice radioactive blue color anyone know what the mix is if u do could u tell me if u could aslo post a picture it would help. thanks alot
