Quest that gives extra attribute points?

I heard someone in town saying something to that effect, extra points even after lvl 20... wanted to know if this is true, and if so, where can i find this quest? Thanks^^

OK... so are these additional points up to 200 quested on post-ascention, or just keep "leveling" after 20 when you get a skill point and i guess it would give a few attribute points up until you had 200? (i am post ascention and have a total of 170 attribute points so far)

check the explorers thread for the 2 they are telling the loudest about for advice on how to beat them
