Poisoner's Bow

Anyone know how much time a Poisoner's bowstring will add to the length of the poison effect? Roughly?
Im using this bow right now and im wondering if its really all that helpful. I might go with Vampiric of Zealous instead, but as of right now im using apply poison *almost* all the time. Any help on this would be great.
