ok i just bought this game, and i jus put it in and its connecting to arena net, but it stops at a certain point and just sits there, does this take forever the 1st time? or is something wrong? please help

are you at the log in screen?

if so is there a small lightning bolt in the upper right hand corner that is listing a rising number of megabytes?

if so you are getting the update after loading the cds

mine was about 30 megabytes
