I noticed that this website and some others have a VERY similar format and structure, is there builder for it? I am making a guild ATM (see link in my sig for details) and want to make a guild website, could I use this website maker (if there is one) to make one? Thanks in advance for answering.

Tehre are free website making websites and same with forums. Like freewebs.com and I forgot this one free forum..... sorry.. but they do exist.
