PC on firestaff.

The staff is blue, has max damage and requires 9 fire magic. Is has also got 10 base-energy.

The stats are: 20 % chance for faster recovery after casting a fire´magic spells and 20 % chance to cast firespells faster.

I have added a 5 + energy mod to it, and im planning also to add a 30+ health mod.

So now i need pc on this staff

is that collectors staff?...
