Well you can not upgrade Wands/Rods/Canes/Truncheons/Offhands, but maybe you can get 10-15k.

someone in LA spend hours to sell a +5engr >50 and got 12k. So imo this should be worth less, but maybe someone who uses enchants allways wanna pay more... Im happy that I only paid 12k

IMO - in general rods/wands/canes should be worth more
