OMFG Dude your posts here are so uninformed I deciced to look at other posts by you. How do you claim to have done THK 20 times and still have no idea about runes or skill unlocks???
I will attempt to make this as simple as I can for you.
#1 He is selling a Superior Rune that has been salvaged from the armor of a monster and not identified.
#2 Vigors runes have a unique symbol on them that "CAN NOT" be mistaken for any other rune
#3 When someone buys from him what can be nothing other than a superior vigor rune just buy looking at it they will then be able to identify it and the rune will be unlocked for that persons account just the same way that every skill that you get for the first time is then unlocked for your account
#4 After it is unlocked on your account it is then available for use with a PvP character on your account and you will not need to use your faction to unlock the skill but you will still have the rune for use with your regular characters
Please for everyones sake here if you have a question about something just ask it don't start posting flames about something when you have no idea what you are talking about.
