A little theory I've been working on. So far, good results.

Go to any town or outpost, or any lobby of a pvp arena. Start dancing. Eventually, someone else will start dancing too. No matter how few people or activity there is in the place you are at.

And I'm not just talking places where there are a lot of people, go to the quietest places and eventually someone will join you and dance.

My next test of the theory will be to start dancing in out of the way parts of the non-instanced zones.

lol i've noticed this too. i leave my character afk dancing, and when i come back, there's always someone dancing by me.
