15>50% sephis req 8 is like what 800k+?, his is a low req 13>50% isnt that horrible...Im not even sure anymore lol w/e I still think it could sell 175-200k(maybe 225).

I would say 100k would be more to it...

I believe any gold sephis req with ##>50% would sell for 100k+, ive never seen a gold item with 11%>50% or maybe I have but the 12>50% would be 90k at the least IMO.
