Recharge Smiting Prayers (20%)
Casting Speed(10%)
energy +5
longer enchantment 20%

Skele Shield
Armor 16 (req 8 tactics)
Armor +7 vs slashing
dmg -2 w/enchanted

Nice Shadow Staff, 150k maybe if not more...just the req is a pitty.
The Shield um not really sure 50k+ though. Sold one like it but vs Earth for 30k. Slashing is more popular is it not, used by swords?
