From SF, lol, why does it matter where they are from? Most of my fissure and UW stuff doesn't id to be worth anything but merchant.

Anyways, I'd say about 10-15k, more or less depending on who you sell to.

I suppose you should always quote more towards the high end when PCing, I was just basing my opinion on my 2 holy rods, both req 9 Divine with 4^50. One sold at 20k, the other sold at 13k, and neither was a particularily easy sell. But yeah I'd agree with the 20k, and will remember to quote my items a bit higher than what I sell at
