-2 stance -2 enchant Shield

Looking for one of these, im not fussy about the skin.

I would prefer it to be req 7-9 if its tactics or req 7-10 if its strength.


Please post what yours is, and a price. Il judge the price on past -2 -2 shields ive seen sell.
