How much XP to "lvl" after lvl 20?

i'm asking this becuase i missed the devona quest in pre searing that gave the one skill point.

i know that after lvl 20, it's possible to gain one skill point for filling up the xp bar each time.

now my question is "is the experience needed to fill the xp bar after lvl 20 static or increasing?"

if it's the case that the xp needed is increasing then i'm gonna probably have to scrap my char.

any lvl 20's know how it is?

Not sure, but i think nearly static, about 14k-15k of XP per point. I think i skipped that one too, but i won't scrap my character for that reason.

It's not static: It looks as if it goes up by 100 or 200 each skill point after 20.
