they seen brainwashed that stopping leveling equals end of game when the designers say it is just the beginning,
from GW explaining the low number cap
there are 25 missions (non pvp) to start
there are 60-70 explorable areas (non pvp, not small) to start with additional content to be added by streaming in
Guild Wars, in contrast, is based around your skill as a player. Our maximum level is twenty and you hit that very quickly, after about 20-30 hours of play. ,We call that 'The Point of Ascension'. Almost all of the content in the game and in the future Chapters is only available to Ascended characters, which means we don't have to worry about providing different levels of content. All the good stuff will be available to everyone. It's not our intent to force people onto the levelling up treadmill, so the level cap in Guild Wars is almost meaningless.

I'm sorry but how do you have to "save up" 50 dollars for a game?
If you're a teenager, get a job making $6.50 an hour... work 4 hours on saturday and maybe 4 on sunday or another day... thats about 1 game a week. (Thats me)
If you're an adult... well I think it's sad that 50 dollars is a lot for you... I dunno maybe I'm just taking my middle-class non-poorness for granted.
I'm refering to the title, by the way... and I'm not trying to flame, I'm just wondering, sorry if I seem arrogant/elitish.

What a weird bunch of non-answers.
The game has excellent replay value for the PvE part, because the professions are so different, and the strategies you need to apply change similarily. There is a huge difference between playing a Beast Master, a Trapper, and a Marksman. And that is just one of the 6 professions...
Apart form combat strategy, there are a lot profession specific quests.
For the PvP part, we can't really talk about replay value, because games against humans are new each time.
But, unlike some MMORPG's, the game is *not* a replacement for having a life. If you play games 4 hours per day, and are not very much into PvP, you will get bored of Guild Wars before the first expansion arrives.

I find that funny.
If you play 4 hours a day, you'll probably be interested longer then someone that plays 12 hours a day. Im one of those people who play 12 hours a day, and im struggling to find stuff to do. Im done with all the missions, and ive explored MOST of the areas, but I dont find goin back and explorin areas that are nearly identical to the areas around it fun. GW is a good game, dont get me wrong, I just overplayed it. The above poster is dead-wrong. If you play 4 hours a day, then you'll be interested for a long-long time. This game doesent cater to the hardcore players at all.
